Introduction & Scope
Your privacy is critically important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and safeguard your information across all of our apps — from casual games and utilities to social and discovery apps such as Momenta.
Because our apps are different, not every practice below applies to every app. Simple games generally collect very little, while social apps like Momenta collect more (for example, profile details, content you post, messages, and location) so they can work. Where a section applies only to a certain type of app, we say so.
Apps Covered by This Policy
This single policy covers the apps we publish. We keep this list current instead of maintaining a separate policy per app:
Games & utilities
- Ghost Trail
- Tiny Village: Adventure Island
- Animapedia
- Tracce
- Cosmopedia
Social & discovery
- Momenta
New apps we release are covered by this policy as soon as they launch. When we add an app that introduces a materially new data practice, we update this policy and its "Last updated" date.
Information We Collect
We collect the categories of information below. What actually applies depends on which app you use and the choices you make.
Information you provide
- Account information: such as your email address, phone number, or an identifier from a third-party sign-in (Sign in with Apple or Google), a display name, and — for email sign-up — a password.
- Profile information (social apps): profile photo(s), a short bio, interests, gender, and any other details you choose to add.
- Content you create (social apps): photos and images, voice recordings, music you select, captions, and posts ("moments") you share.
- Communications: messages you send to other users, and messages or requests you send to us for support.
Information collected automatically
- Usage & interaction data: features used, screens viewed, actions taken, and session length.
- Device & technical data: device model, operating system and app version, language, and device identifiers.
- Diagnostics: crash reports and performance data used to keep the apps stable.
- Location (social apps): approximate and, with your permission, precise location, used for location-based features such as showing nearby people or content. Momenta's discovery feed is location-based.
- Push tokens: a notification identifier used to deliver push notifications, if you enable them.
Information we derive
- Compatibility, ranking & safety signals (social apps): we compute reputation/trust and recommendation signals from your activity to power discovery and to help keep the community safe.
How We Use Your Information
- Provide, operate, maintain, and improve our apps.
- Create and secure your account and authenticate you.
- Personalize your experience and, in social apps, power discovery, recommendations, matching, and messaging.
- Enable location-based features (social apps).
- Send you notifications, updates, and respond to your requests.
- Keep our community safe: moderation, and preventing fraud, spam, and abuse.
- Analyze usage and measure engagement and retention to improve features.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
Social & Discovery Apps (e.g., Momenta) — Additional Terms
You must be 18 or older to create an account or use our social and discovery apps, including Momenta. We do not knowingly allow anyone under 18 to use them.
These practices apply specifically to social/discovery apps:
- Visibility: your profile, the content you post ("moments"), and certain activity are visible to other users of the app according to that app's features and your settings.
- Discovery & matching: we use your profile, interests, location, and activity to suggest people or content and to enable mutual interest and matches.
- Messaging: once matched (or as the app allows), you can exchange messages with other users. Please don't share more than you're comfortable with.
- Safety & moderation: you can report or block other users and remove a match. We may review reported or flagged content and take action, including removing content or accounts that violate our policies.
How We Share Information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share information only as needed to operate our apps, and with service providers bound by confidentiality obligations. Our main providers are:
| Provider | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Google & Firebase | App infrastructure, sign-in, database, push notifications, crash reporting, and analytics. |
| Apple | Sign in with Apple and push notifications. |
| Meta / Facebook | App analytics and advertising/app-promotion measurement. |
| VyntaLabs | Engagement and retention modeling to improve the experience. |
We may also share information to comply with the law, protect our rights and users' safety, or in connection with a business transfer (such as a merger or acquisition). In social apps, remember that content and profile details you make visible are shared with other users by design.
Advertising & Tracking
On iOS, we ask for your permission before tracking you across other companies' apps and websites (App Tracking Transparency). Advertising identifiers (such as Apple's IDFA) are used for advertising or measurement only if you allow it; you can change this any time in your device settings. You can also reset or limit your advertising identifier on both iOS and Android.
Data Retention & Deletion
We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our apps, and afterward only as required for legitimate business or legal purposes.
You can delete your account at any time from within the app (in Settings). Deleting your account removes your profile and associated content from our active systems; some information may remain for a limited time in backups or logs, or where we are required to keep it by law. You may also request deletion by contacting us at developmentconsola@gmail.com.
Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. This includes rights under the EU/UK GDPR and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), such as the right to know what we collect and the right to deletion. We do not sell personal information.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at developmentconsola@gmail.com. We will respond in line with applicable law.
Children & Age Requirements
Our apps are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Our social and discovery apps, including Momenta, require users to be 18 or older. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
International Data Transfers
We operate internationally, and your information may be processed in countries other than your own — including the United States — where our service providers (such as Google/Firebase) operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards to protect your information when it is transferred.
Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please use the apps responsibly and protect your account credentials.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above, and for material changes we will provide additional notice through the apps or by email. Your continued use of our apps after an update means you accept the revised policy.
